☑️Only One Patient is allowed at a time in Consultation Chamber. WE FOLLOW NO CROWDING POLICY TILL LOCKDOWN.
☑️ONE person ONE family ONLY to follow minimum physical/social contact.
☑️Please maintain Social Distancing at Clinic.
☑️We would appreciate Minimize Discussion Time with patients.
☑️You can call us at 9990446113 to discuss your case and if possible we will prepare the medicines based on the conversation. You can then come to clinic or send someone to pick the medicines.
☑️We appreciate NO ENTRY, until essential, for children below 10 Years, Pregnant women, and Old age persons above 60 yrs, or persons with intense acute infections.
☑️Preferably wear full sleeves cloth, mask, carry sanitizer with you, no unnecessary touching at clinic, keep disposable tissues with you.
☑️Don’t touch face/eyes before cleaning hands.
☑️IF POSSIBLE USE DIGITAL MODE OF PAYMENT FOR PAYING THE CONSULTATION FEE. We Accept All Modes of Payment – PAYTM / PhonePe / Google Pay / UPI / Amazon Pay / Card Payments etc.
☑️PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS on reaching home, remove shoes outside home, sanitize your mobile/keys, minimise the risk, don’t touch face/eyes before cleaning hands.
☑️OUTSTATION PATIENTS – Please consult for your medicines atleast 07 days prior to finishing of last prescribed medicine course, will send if courier facilities are ON.

अगर जरुरी ना हो तो 10 वर्ष से कम बच्चे, गर्भवती महिलायें, और 60 वर्ष से अधिक के व्यक्ति क्लिनिक आने से बचें
कोशिश करें की पूरी बाजू के कपडे पहने, मास्क लगाएं, अपने साथ हैंड sanitizer रखें
बिना हाथ धोये अपनी आखों, मुँह और नाक को हाथ न लगाएं
घर से निकलने से पहले और घर पहुँच कर अच्छे से हाथ एवम मुँह धोएं
जितना हो सके डिजिटल पेमेंट का इस्तेमाल करें, हमारे क्लिनिक पर सभी प्रमुख डिजिटल पेमेंट की सुविधा उपलब्ध है जैसे की paytm, UPI, Card पेमेंट, Google Pay इत्यादि
